Lukas-Florian Gilhofer

Dr MMag. Lukas-Florian Gilhofer joined Ospelt & Partner Rechtsanwälte AG in 2025, where he has since been working as a lawyer and public notary.

He studied law and business law at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and subsequently obtained a doctorate in law. He then completed a further training course in real estate law at the Vienna Academy of Economics, specialising in real estate trusteeship and brokerage.

As part of his professional training, he worked in various large law firms specialising in commercial law in Vienna and Tyrol until his bar exam in 2017. In 2018, he joined a renowned Salzburg law firm as a lawyer. In 2022, he established his own legal practice in Vienna. In the same year, he also began his activities as a lawyer in Liechtenstein and then worked for one of the largest law firms in Liechtenstein. Since 2023, he furthermore works as a public notary in Liechtenstein.

Dr. Gilhofer possesses an extensive expertise in the realm of Liechtenstein and Austrian commercial law. His specialisations include corporate law, asset protection, asset recovery and commercial criminal law.
