We, Ospelt & Partner Attorneys at law. again published a contributing article for Liechtenstein to the "ICLG Private Client 2022". In addition to the introductory articles on the development of the United Kingdom after Brexit and the preparation of immigration to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the issue contains 29 contributions on legal issues of the private client sector - immigration, tax planning, connecting factors, tax issues in foreign investments, succession planning, trusts and foundations and also inheritance and family law. We are grateful to contribute to this issue since several years and, after many years of activity, to be able to show the legal development in this area. We frequently advise our clients on these legal issues and support you in developing individual solutions for the family.
